Samantha L. Bloemer was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Covington High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing in 2011.

Samantha has been employed as a paralegal since 2010. In 2012, Samantha was commissioned as a Louisiana Civil Law Notary Public with statewide jurisdiction. She can prepare, pass, and notarize acts and documents in any Parish in the State of Louisiana. Samantha also is a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent.

She is a member of the Louisiana Notary Association, where she has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors, a notary educator, Education Chair, Social Media Chair, Publications Chair, and the Northshore Shop Talk Coordinator.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, photography, and going on adventures with her three dogs, Wolfie, Harley, and Joey.
